Refund Policy

At Howling Hortons, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • No Refund: Same-day cancellations or no-shows.

​

2. Service Adjustments

​

  • If we need to cancel a service, we will offer a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

​

3. Exceptions

​

  • Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Recurring service clients may have different cancellation terms outlined in their agreements.
