1. Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

No Refund: Same-day cancellations or no-shows.

2. Service Adjustments

If we need to cancel a service, we will offer a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
