Cancellation Policy
At Howling Hortons, we aim to provide reliable and flexible pet care services. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. A confirmation will be sent once the booking is approved. 2. Payment Terms ​ Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise listed on the services page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Recurring services may be billed weekly/monthly based on the client’s preference. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling ​ Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. 4. Late Requests & Last-Minute Bookings ​ For new clients, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours in advance) are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee. 5. Pet Requirements ​ All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. We must be informed of any special medical or behavioural needs before booking. Aggressive, banned, or untrained pets may not be eligible for certain services. 6. Home Access & Security ​ If home access is required, clients must provide a key, access code, or entry instructions in advance. We take all necessary precautions to ensure your home’s security but are not responsible for pre-existing property issues. 7. Weather & Safety Considerations ​ In extreme weather conditions, services may be rescheduled for the pet’s safety. If unsafe conditions arise during a walk, we will modify the service (e.g., shorter walks, indoor play). 8. Changes to This Policy ​ We reserve the right to update this policy as needed.
